Wasserentnahmebauwerke sind so zu planen, dass sie die erforderlichen Wassermengen in der bestm\u00f6glichen verf\u00fcgbaren Qualit\u00e4t bereitstellen und zugleich einen zuverl\u00e4ssigen Betrieb unter wechselnden hydrologischen Bedingungen gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p>Dies gilt insbesondere f\u00fcr Standorte, an denen Wasserst\u00e4nde und Wasserqualit\u00e4t saisonalen Schwankungen unterliegen und die bauliche Auslegung der Entnahmeanlagen technisch anspruchsvoll ist.<\/p>\n<p>Grundwasser bietet h\u00e4ufig Vorteile hinsichtlich der Rohwasserqualit\u00e4t.
