GKW Consult offers a 2-year entry programme for Young Professionals who are interested in working on long-term projects abroad, motivated and committed, autonomous and team players.

• The ideal entry into the international consulting business (projects are implemented by varying international teams and under specific conditions)
• A Young Professionals Programme adjusted to your strengths and weaknesses
• Guidance provided by an appointed mentor
• Professional development through project experience in Germany and abroad
• Approx. 3-6 project inputs outside Europe in different project phases and with varying scope
• Opportunity to support us in our acquisition activities and get to know our company
• Work contract for 2 years with potential for subsequent permanent employment
• Accommodation abroad and in Mannheim, during project stays

• Master or Diploma degree in civil engineering with focus on water and wastewater
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of either French or Spanish 
• Ideally you have already gained international experience on an internship or have prepared your thesis abroad
• You will predominantly work outside Europe. We expect openness and interest in other cultures
